Verix Energy ("Verix," "we," "us") provides this policy to explain, in
plain language, what information we collect when you request a solar
quote or apply to work with us, how we use it, and the choices you
have.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, phone number, email address, and property address.
- Property and utility information — details like your monthly electric bill range, estimated credit tier, and, if you choose to upload one, a copy of your utility bill.
- Consent evidence — if you opt in to messaging, we record the timestamp, the IP address and device/browser information (user agent) associated with that submission, and the exact wording of the consent language you were shown.
- Basic usage and server logs — standard web server logs generated when you visit our pages or submit our forms (e.g., timestamps, request details).
How we use it
- To provide the solar quote or service you requested and to follow up with you about it.
- To communicate with you by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent (or express request) you gave us.
- To comply with applicable law, including telemarketing and messaging regulations.
We do not sell your data
Verix does not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example, the messaging, email, and telephony vendors we use to contact you.
- Parties we're required to share with by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
SMS terms
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message
and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any
time, or HELP for help.
Retention
We keep consent records and do-not-contact requests for as long as
needed to meet our legal and compliance obligations.
